PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion called "FLASH" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from July 10, 2026, 00:00, to July 12, 2026, 23:59, or until canceled, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on www.riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz and in the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw (hereinafter: "Participant").
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the FLASH tab will be entitled to a 20% discount on that product.
3. On www.riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, the discount will be applied after entering the FLASH discount code in the designated field for discount codes in the order summary.
4. During the promotion, the list of models covered by the promotion and the amount of the discount may change.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions of the Organizer.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Participants may submit any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To expedite the processing of complaints, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and indicate the e-mail address associated with the Newsletter subscription.
3. The Organizer considers complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and informs the Participant about the decision in the same way the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to terminate the Promotion for valid reasons, which include: changes in legal regulations governing the rules of promotions, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to counteract abuses, or changes in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
2. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion do not affect the rights acquired by Participants before the entry into force of the amendments – in particular, the possibility of using the discount before the end of the Promotion remains valid for the period specified in the promotion from the moment of their receipt by the customer.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. The Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers arising from universally binding legal provisions (including those related to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz in the Regulations tab.
4. The Terms and Conditions come into force on July 10, 2026, at 00:01.
