PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion named "Ewelina Blouse" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place exclusively from July 10, 2026, from 03:01 AM to July 12, 2026, until 11:59 PM (hereinafter: "Promotion Period").
2. The Promotion is addressed exclusively to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, who are active subscribers of the Newsletter service (hereinafter: "Participant").
3. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, makes a purchase exceeding 1099 PLN, including one product from the WARDROBE BASE tab, will receive an EWELINA new denim blouse for 1 grosz.
   
4. The condition for the discount to be applied is to add the EWELINA new denim blouse product in the selected size to the cart.
5. Delivery costs are not included in the order value.
6. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the gift.
7. In the event of a partial or full return of an order to which a product for 1 grosz was added, the Participant is obliged to return the gift.
8. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions of the Organizer.
   

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted by Participants to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To expedite the processing of complaints, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and indicate the e-mail address associated with the Newsletter subscription.
3. The Organizer processes complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and informs the Participant of the decision in the same way the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to terminate the Promotion for valid reasons, which include: a change in legal regulations governing the rules of promotions, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to prevent abuse, or a change in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
2. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion do not affect rights acquired by Participants before the changes come into force – in particular, receiving a gift for 1 grosz issued before the termination of the Promotion remains valid for the period specified in the previous wording of the Terms and Conditions.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any consumer rights resulting from mandatory provisions of law (including those relating to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz in the "Regulations" tab.
4. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on July 10, 2026, at 00:01 AM.
