PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the "PERFECT MATCH" promotion (hereinafter: "the Promotion") is RISK S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 1132855615, National Official Business Register (REGON): 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, telephone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from July 17, 2026, at 00:00, until July 19, 2026, at 23:59, or until revoked, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com or at the Boutique at Szpitalna 6a, 00-031 Warsaw, tel. +48 882 121 444. 
   
2. The condition for benefiting from the Promotion and receiving a 10% discount is the simultaneous purchase, within a single transaction, of a set consisting of at least 1 (one) product from the "top" category and at least 1 (one) product from the "bottom" category.
3. On www.riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, the discount will be automatically calculated in the customer's cart after adding the required products.
4. For purchases made in the Online Store, a 10% discount is automatically calculated in the cart after adding both products meeting the criteria mentioned in paragraph 3 above. In the Boutique, the discount is applied at the checkout during finalization of the purchase.
5. The 10% discount is calculated based on the current retail prices of the products included in the set (including products previously discounted or subject to other reductions). The discount does not cover order delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Participants may submit any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51, or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To streamline and expedite the complaint process, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and the Participant's contact details.
3. The Organizer will consider complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and will inform the Participant about the resolution in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted (unless the Participant indicates a different communication channel).

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, which include: changes in legal regulations governing the rules of promotions, malfunctions and technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, or the need to counteract abuses.
2. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions shall not adversely affect the rights acquired by Participants before the amendment came into force. In particular, orders placed before the amendment are processed under the previous terms.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the Promotion is equivalent to accepting the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers arising from mandatory provisions of law (including those relating to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
4. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz in the "Terms and Conditions" tab.
5. These Terms and Conditions come into force on July 17, 2026, at 00:01.
