§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion named "Swimsuit + Bag Set" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Regulations (hereinafter: "Regulations"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The promotion will run from 16.07.2026 at 00:00 until 16.07.2026 at 23:59 or until further notice and is aimed at people making online purchases on the website www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com or in the Boutique at Szpitalna 6a, 00-031 Warsaw, tel. +48 882 121 444.
   
2. The condition for taking advantage of the Promotion and receiving a 10% discount is the simultaneous purchase, within one transaction, of a set consisting of: a) INFINITY POOL black swimsuit, and b) BAG GIRL black bag.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, the discount will be automatically calculated in the customer's cart after adding the required products.
4. In the case of purchases in the online store, a 10% discount is automatically calculated in the cart after adding both products meeting the criteria referred to in paragraph 3 above. In the Boutique, the discount is calculated at the cash register during the finalization of the purchase.
5. The discount is granted on the standard retail prices of the products included in the set and does not cover the costs of order delivery.
6. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Participants may submit any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. In order to streamline and speed up the consideration of complaints, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and the Participant's contact details.
3. The Organizer considers complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and informs the Participant about the method of their resolution in the same way the complaint was submitted (unless the Participant indicates another communication channel).

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE REGULATIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations for important reasons, which include: changes in legal provisions regulating the rules of conducting promotions, failures and technical reasons independent of the Organizer, or the need to counteract abuses.
2. The amendment to the Regulations does not negatively affect the rights acquired by Participants before the entry into force of the amendment. In particular, orders placed before the amendment are carried out on the existing terms.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the Promotion is tantamount to accepting the rules of these Regulations.
2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. The Regulations do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers arising from absolutely binding provisions of law (including due to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
4. These Regulations will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz in the Regulations tab.
5. The Regulations come into force on 16.07.2026 at 00:01.
