Terms and Conditions for the "Free Shipping on NEW ARRIVALS" Promotion

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organizer of the promotion named "FREE SHIPPING ON NEW ARRIVALS" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.
Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.

§2 PROMOTION RULES

The Promotion will run from July 14, 2026, from 12:30 PM until July 15, 2026, 11:59 PM or until revoked, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on www.riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz (hereinafter: "Participant").
Every Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the NEW ARRIVALS section in the online store, will be entitled to free shipping within Poland using the following methods: DHL courier, DHL POP, or InPost Parcel Lockers.
The Promotion does not apply to orders with international shipping.
On www.riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, the promotion will be applied automatically after adding products from the NEW ARRIVALS category to the cart and entering the shipping country.
The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions offered by the Organizer.
The Participant cannot demand a monetary equivalent or exchange the free shipping benefit for other services.

§3 COMPLAINTS

Participants may submit any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
To expedite the processing of a complaint, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and an e-mail address.
The Organizer shall consider complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and shall inform the Participant of the decision in the same manner as the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for important reasons, including: changes in legal regulations governing the rules of promotions, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to prevent abuses, or changes in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion do not affect rights acquired by Participants before the changes came into effect – in particular, the use of free shipping before the termination of the Promotion within the period specified in the terms and conditions.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers resulting from absolutely binding legal provisions (including those related to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz in the Terms and Conditions tab.
These Terms and Conditions come into effect on July 14, 2026, at 12:30 PM.
