TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
NEWSLETTER SIGN-UP PROMOTION

effective from 29.10.2026

 §1 Organiser

1. The organiser of the promotion called "Newsletter sign-up promotion" (hereinafter: the "Promotion") is RISK S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP (tax ID): 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, share capital: PLN 180,000.00, e-mail: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, phone: +48 22 490 20 51 (hereinafter: the "Organiser").
2. The Promotion is carried out in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the "Terms"). Information contained in promotional materials is for promotional purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge (it only requires access to the Internet and an active e-mail address).

 §2 Duration of the Promotion and conditions of participation

1. The Promotion runs from 29.10.2026 at 11:00 (Polish time) until further notice and applies to online purchases in the online store available at riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz (hereinafter: the "Online Store").
2. A participant in the Promotion (hereinafter: the "Participant") may be an adult natural person with full legal capacity who, during the Promotion, signs up for the Online Store newsletter for the first time and confirms the subscription.
3. The Participant receives, at the e-mail address provided, a single-use, unique discount code (hereinafter: the "Discount Code") entitling them to a discount on the entire order. The amount of the discount is stated in the e-mail containing the Discount Code.
4. One e-mail address entitles its holder to one Discount Code. Persons who were subscribed to the newsletter before the Promotion started, as well as persons who unsubscribed and are signing up again, do not receive a Discount Code.
5. The Discount Code can be used on orders with a minimum value of PLN 499 (in words: four hundred and ninety-nine zloty). The minimum order value is calculated on the value of the products before the discount is applied, excluding delivery costs.
6. The discount is applied after entering the Discount Code in the shopping cart, in the field marked "discount code" or similar, before placing the order.
7. The Discount Code is valid for 14 days from the day the Participant receives it. After this period, the Discount Code expires.
8. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes or other price promotions available in the Online Store, unless the terms of a given promotion state otherwise.
9. The Participant is not entitled to exchange the Discount Code for cash or for any item of equivalent value.
10. If the Participant withdraws from the contract or returns some of the products from an order placed with a Discount Code, the Participant is refunded the amount actually paid for the returned products, meaning the price after the discount. This does not limit any of the Participant's statutory rights.

 §3 Complaints

1. Participants may submit complaints regarding the Promotion by e-mail to customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.xyz, by phone at +48 22 490 20 51, or in writing to the Organiser's registered office address.
2. To speed up the handling of a complaint, we recommend including a short description of the situation (e.g. the code does not work, the e-mail with the code did not arrive) and the e-mail address used to sign up for the newsletter.
3. The Organiser handles complaints within 14 days of receiving them and informs the Participant of its decision in the same way in which the complaint was submitted.

 §4 Changes to the Terms and end of the Promotion

1. The Organiser reserves the right to change these Terms or to end the Promotion for important reasons, which include: a change in the laws governing promotions, technical reasons beyond the Organiser's control, the need to prevent abuse, or a change in the Organiser's marketing strategy.
2. Information about a change to the Terms or the end of the Promotion will be published on the Online Store website. Changes take effect on the day of publication, unless the information states a later date.
3. A change to the Terms or the end of the Promotion does not affect the rights acquired by Participants before the changes take effect. In particular, Discount Codes issued before the end of the Promotion remain valid for 14 days from the day the Participant receives them.

 §5 Final provisions

1. Matters relating to purchases, the newsletter and the processing of personal data are governed by the Online Store Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the generally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. These Terms do not exclude or limit any rights of consumers arising from mandatory provisions of law (including those relating to goods not conforming with the contract).
4. These Terms enter into force on 29.10.2026 at 11:00 (Polish time).
